Will this part fix my machine?

If your technician has determined only one part in your machine is bad, then an identical part will fix your machine if properly installed.

We are asked this question from time to time by customers that have not hired a technician to fully diagnose the machine. It is not possible to answer this question because it is likely more than one part in the machine has failed.

It is important to test all components in a machine before installing new parts. For example, if a power supply has shorted, and if a new board is installed, the new board can get damaged.
