Where can I locate a tracking number for an online order?

Tracking information is automatically sent to the email provided when the order is placed. In many cases, the email will go to a customer’s spam folder. The sender could be USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

There will be an email from Capital Vending Inc. that states your order has been shipped. This email will include a tracking number that you can access.

If you ordered a document that cost less than $8.00, it will be sent as a .pdf file. To retrieve the .pdf, go to the invoice you were emailed and click the link. The link is active four days.
