How does an international customer order a downloadable document?

Please fill in the billing address as shown below.

The "Address" and "Zip Code" boxes must match your credit card or PayPal records.   

For "City", type City. For "State", select Delaware

The email you enter is the address the invoice with the link will be emailed.
