How do I contact the manufacturer of my validator?

If you need help troubleshooting or finding information on older bill validators, the following information may be helpful. If you have your own in-house technicians that know how to service bill acceptors, we offer replacement parts for many models.

We offer adapter wiring harnesses and brackets so obsolete validators can be replaced by Mars/MEI validators. For more information, start with the manufacturer of your validator and then select the model. The recommended validator that will replace your obsolete model will be displayed. Some may have a drop-down menu that offers some options.

Capital does not fix the older Maka models (NB, NB2, or NBM) but does offer drop-in replacements. Capital repair models CV1xxx and CB3xx,
